Sessions are held at our Yonge & Eglinton pool, with the option to train at your private pool anywhere in Toronto. All lessons are led by a certified Swimming Canada coach and former competitive swimmer. This program is ideal for swimmers preparing for lifeguard courses, swim tests, or competitive swimming.
